What is Resources Database?
A Resource defined as economic or productive factor required to accomplish an activity or as means to undertake an enterprise and achieve desired outcome. Resources are commonly thought of as sources of supply or support, such as Labor, Materials, Equipment, Consumables, technology, and space. For Oil & Gas projects, more specific resources may include -Labor for engineering, procurement, construction, installation,- Material such as pumps, compressors, tanks,...- Equipment such as welding machines, cranes, loaders, trucks,...- and consumables such as electrodes, water, energy, catalysts, ...Sometimes subcontracting items such as piping, cabling,welding, ... which are defined as a work package or work units and are as a combination of other resources, are also known as resources.
